01. Master Service Agreement & Acceptance

By confirming a residential or commercial booking with Cleaning Pro Dubai through our web portal (cleaningprodubai.com), WhatsApp Business dispatch channels, telephone hotline, or email correspondence, you ("the Client") enter into a binding contractual agreement with Cleaning Pro Dubai ("the Company"). These Terms and Conditions govern all specialized cleaning operations, chemical treatments, and mobile machinery deployments rendered across the Emirate of Dubai.

02. Scope of Work & Execution Protocols

Cleaning Pro Dubai deploys certified, multi-cleaner specialized squads equipped with German Kärcher high-pressure steam extractors, heavy-duty industrial HEPA vacuum units, and rotary floor scrubbing machines. Our specialized service portfolio includes:

• Hospital-Grade Deep Cleaning: 180°C thermal steam degreasing of kitchens, bathroom descaling, window frame detailing, AC diffuser dust extraction, and high-temperature tile & grout rejuvenation.
• Move-In & Move-Out Handover Cleaning: Complete vacant property detailing specifically engineered to pass stringent Dubai real estate agency, Ejari, and landlord security deposit inspections.
• Luxury Villa & Penthouse Detailing: Comprehensive multi-story interior restoration, double-height ceiling dusting, chandelier care, and exterior patio/balcony pressure washing.
• Upholstery & Fabric Injection-Extraction: Deep hot-water shampoo extraction for sofas, mattresses, and area carpets, combined with anti-microbial bio-sanitization.
• Corporate & Commercial Office Detailing: Workspace sanitization, executive conference room hygiene, server room dust control, and pantry grease removal.

03. Transparent Pricing & Zero Hidden Fees

We uphold complete pricing integrity. All formal estimates issued by our central dispatch desk are all-inclusive:

• No Travel Surcharges: Quoted prices include fuel, transit, and mobile van dispatch across all 24+ Dubai freehold zones (including Palm Jumeirah, Dubai South, Dubailand, and Downtown Dubai).
• Machinery & Chemistry Included: Industrial steam extractors, floor scrubbers, bio-detergents, and microfiber consumables are fully included in the agreed rate.
• Pre-Commencement Variance Protocol: If upon on-site arrival property conditions materially deviate from the booking description (e.g., severe post-construction cement splatter, unlisted storage rooms, or hoarding), our supervisor will provide a transparent revised quote prior to starting work.
• Tax Compliance: All corporate and individual billings are subject to statutory UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) 5% VAT.

04. Payment Terms & Inspection Walkthrough

We believe quality should be proven before payment is accepted:

• Mandatory Room-by-Room Walkthrough: Following service completion, our on-site team leader conducts a comprehensive joint inspection with the Client or client's representative.
• Settlement Upon Approval: Payment is collected only when the client has inspected and approved the cleaning results.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Cash to the squad supervisor, instant UAE bank transfer, or secure online card payment link. Digital VAT invoices are issued immediately upon settlement.

05. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee & 24h Free Re-Clean

We stand behind every service with our binding quality warranty:

• On-the-Spot Rectification: Any missed area identified during the walkthrough will be re-cleaned immediately by the squad before departure.
• 24-Hour Free Re-Clean Warranty: If you identify an overlooked area within 24 hours of job completion, notify our dispatch desk via WhatsApp with a photo. We will dispatch a technician to re-clean the disputed area 100% free of charge.

06. Client Responsibilities & Property Access

To enable seamless execution of deep cleaning operations, the Client is responsible for:

• DEWA Utilities: Ensuring active running water and electrical power (DEWA) are connected on the property to operate heavy steam generators and industrial extractors.
• Community Gate Passes: Providing security gate entry permits or service elevator reservations required by community developers (e.g., Emaar, Nakheel, DAMAC, Dubai Properties).
• Securing Valuables: Safely locking away cash, jewelry, luxury watches, personal electronics, and legal documents prior to the squad's arrival.

07. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Lockout Policy

We recognize schedules change and maintain flexible rescheduling rules:

• Free Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment without any fee provided notice is given at least 3 hours before the scheduled arrival window.
• Advance Cancellation: Cancellations made prior to vehicle dispatch carry zero financial penalty.

08. Eco-Safety & Dubai Municipality Approvals

All chemical formulations, degreasers, and disinfectants utilized by Cleaning Pro Dubai are approved by the Dubai Municipality Public Health & Safety Department. Our products are non-toxic, pet-friendly, child-safe, hypoallergenic, and non-corrosive to delicate luxury surfaces including Italian marble, travertine, natural timber, and high-gloss cabinetry.

09. Governing Law & Dubai Courts Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local legislation of the Emirate of Dubai. Any unresolved disputes arising under this agreement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts of Dubai.
